
Pesto Shrimp Pasta
Blend to combine and serve over your favourite pasta with grilled shrimp!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Vertical Roots Basil
- 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
- 2 t tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Grill your favorite protein, we used shrimp.
- Cook your favorite pasta, drain and set aside.
- Using a food processor place all ingredients in and blend well.
- Toss pasta in the pesto, add grilled Shrimp on top and ENJOY!
