Cherry Chicken Brie Flatbread
Give this homemade pizza a try featuring our fresh basil.
Ingredients
- 1 12 Inch favorite flatbread
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- pinch of garlic seasoning
- 4 tbsp bechamel sauce
- 5-6 fresh cherries pitted
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 6-7 slivers of Brie cheese
- 5-6 Vertical Roots Basil Leaves - torn
- favorite balsamic glaze for on top
Instructions
- Melt butter in pan, sprinkle flour in the melted butter and whisk for 30 sec.
- Add milk and whisk together until thickened.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic seasoning.
- Spread bechamel sauce over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle cherries, chicken and basil evenly on the flatbread.
- Lay Brie Cheese slivers around evening on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 mins depending on desired crispy level in oven or BBQ or smoker for a great summer supper!
- Drizzle with favorite balsamic glaze on top and serve.
