Honey Dijon Vinegrette

A sweet and savory dressing that pairs will with our red and spinach varieties.

  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 TBSP Grainy Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Cracked Pepper


  • Place all ingredients into a mason jar or container with a tight lid
  • Shake well for 10-20 seconds
  • Taste the dressing! If you want it sweeter, add more honey, and if you want it more tart add more vinegar. Follow your taste buds...
