Tuna Salad Sandwich
A lunch staple high in protein, topped with our tasty greens for the win!
Prep Time 15 minutes mins
- 1 Can Flaked Tuna in water
- 1/4 Cup Diced Celery
- 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 small lemon - juiced
- Salt and Cracked Pepper
- 4 leaves Vertical Roots Grand Rapids
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread (Toasted)
Drain tuna and place in a bowl
Add all spices and wet ingredients, mix together well
Split and spread evenly on 2 slices of sourdough toast
Top each with 2 leaves of Vertical Roots Grand Rapids
Top with 2nd piece of bread, cut in half, and ENJOY!
